I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel with excellent views over the city and effective air conditioning. The staff and management were extremely helpful and made my experience very pleasant. However, the first impression from the staff was not the best.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious and clean with a picturesque view of the Pagoda.
